924 Accelerator pedal, what am I missing?

My 924 seems to be missing a roller of some sort on the accelerator pedal.

The pedal is there and so is the rod the hangs down but there is nothing on the rod, there is a grouve for a circlip but no runner or roller for the pedal, what should be on there??

Cheers

Dan

Nothing... it just clips through the tab on the pedal. You do have the tab on the pedal with the slot, correct?

Yes, but the bar that goes through the clip seams to get stuck and jams the throttle on, there are definatly markers for some kind of plastic roller/ washers and a circlip (c-clip)or something that appears to be missing. This is on a standard 924 RHD UK car.

Yes, as I recall there should at least be a washer on the end before the circlip, if not also a washer on the end near the bend. Make sense? Stack-up should be clip, washer, plastic pedal tab, washer.
