Weltmeister 220Lb??

On the Weltmeister web site and any other Porsche parts house you have the SP200 and SP250. On *************** they also list a 220lb stock height spring. I am going to email automotion and Weltmeister to ask what this spring is but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this spring.

I am looking to upgrade my suspension for AutoX and time trials but still want to keep a sane level of daily drivablilty. The plan right now is Konis with either 200 or 220 springs. I like the idea of the 220 stock height springs as this will address the A arm issue.

I have Koni's at all 4 corners and 200lb springs using coil overs in the front. Ride is not bad around town, just soften the dampening when your not out on the track. The rear Koni's are a pain to adjust and i left at 3/4 stiff, the rear feels like its stiffer over bumps than my front.

Its completely livable every day (mine is my daily car). 250lb springs is pushing it with the stock torsion bars in the back.

Next up for me is 28 or 29mm torsion bars and 300lb springs.. .

thanks Jon, I have actually looked at your set up and am moving in a similar direction to what you have done. At this point I want to do springs and shocks and then my next step would be sway bars, bushings and torsion bars.

I have the 220lb. stock height springs from weltmeister on my car, and I like them. Yes they are stiffer than stock but also retain the original look for the car, thats what I was looking for. New konis will probably make them respond better especially since they are adjustable.

Where can I buy these? I know it's an old thread, but I saw them on a website somewhere, and now I can't find them!
