Porsche Crest Glove Compartment/glovebox Lock

Sorry guys/gals, I posted this in the classifieds but nil response.
Not really a tech thing, but here goes.

My 84 944na is near perfect, and I love it/her. The only thing I don't have is the small emblem/cover over the keyhole on the glovebox. If anyone anywhere has one spare, and is willing to post it to Oz, I will paypal postage and cost immediately. If you can help pm me or let me know here and we'll organise something.

If the pin thing is broken it doesn't matter, I don't lock it, and will just fit the crest over the lock. (and it will be the only thing that don't work on her! but will look much better)

I got one from the dealer ~7 years ago. It was only $3 or $4 as I remember.

i had to find small badges for my door handles, strangely enough, i found the exact size i needed on Ebay, the trick is to look under tie tacks and lapel pins!

can someone post a pic of what you're discussing here? I have no idea what you are talking about, and am curious if my car is missing something, although I don't know where any kind of emblem would go.

Thanks everyone, I've got one of those pins. If its big enough it will do the job.
Nate, on your glovebox you should have a small emblem that covers the keyhole on the locking device.
I can't take a pic coz mine is missing

I'd still like an original if anyone has one spare. Hey Kyle, if Schumi wasn't so far away we could go for a ride with him and "find" one.
(like someone probably did with yours and mine!) My sick sence of humor is gonna get me in the s#%t one of these days......

Which part(s) do you need?

If you are not in a real big hurry, PM me an address and I'll make sure you get one (not at home at the moment). If you are in a hurry, then you can order one from Pelican.
