Double din install ?

Has anyone installed a double did gps in a 944, will it fit, if so do you have photos.

Take a look at the shape of the under-radio storage bin. You'd have to cut into the frame to do it, and I still don't know if it would clear the torque tube...

you can run a lillyput touch screen lcd and run it to a gps unit in your glove box or something.

I have a double din. You have to take the tray out from under the radio. Mine fit even though the "books" say it will not.
