Oil leaks
Well, I figured that while I had the head off I might as well find the oil leaks that have been driving me nuts. I thought the front main seal and the balance shat seals were the culprit but they look mostly dry. It appears that the top balance shaft O-ring was leaking very badly so I will change it as well. I am puzzled by the amount of oil at the back of the balance shaft. So, I popped the balance shaft cover off and found the O-ring back there that I will change also. There also seems to be oil coming out of the oil filler assembly but I am not sure. Is the oil fill assembly prone to leaking? It is not shown in my Haynes manual so I am not sure how it comes off (or if it is even supposed to come off) but it looks like there are at least two bolts holding it down. Suggestions?
Thanks!

I have a 924 NA, but my oil fill caps leaks sometimes as well. Id say you might as well buy a new one, I think they are fairly inexpensive.
