Unhappy electrical contacts

Hi guys I need some help. Does anyone know how to remove the contact pins from an electrical harness? I am trying to remove the heater wires that go to the heated nozzle on my windshield washer. I have the plastic piece apart but need to remove 2 contact wires and replace them. I have tried pulling them, pulling and turning at the same time no luck, they don't even begin to move. Is there a special tool I need? thanks so much for any help I am desperate!

Pictures help, but there is a special de-pinning tool for other electrical connectors. See Radio Shack, or ask them.
