How much can I sell my 944 for?

I'm considering selling my 1985/1 944 N/A, and was curious what you guys thought it was worth, thanks for your time:

the Good:
-Brand new paint job (old paint was faded, but no accidents)
-strong motor
-good tranny (5 spd)
-genuine aluminum 15" fuchs with 95% tred on tires
-clean title/carfax
-passed smog easily and is registered till June 2009
-new racing seats
-new catalytics converter
-good interior
-all electrics work properly
-recently serviced (oil and filter, brakes, degreased, coolant flush, but NOT timing belt and water pump)
-sounds and runs excellent

the Bad:
-Speedometer and odometer do not work. Car says 121k miles, and my guess is that it has around 125k or so (according to latest carfax reports and such), because car was sitting for a few years before I bought it, and I havent even driven the car 1k miles.
-interior dome light needs replacing
-rear shocks should be replaced soon
-rear brake rotors are worn but still work fine
-car leaks brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
-when headlights are turned on, the highbeams are always on for some reason, I'm not sure why they cannot be switched to low beam (ill get this checked out soon)
-car has a/c leak, because only warm air blows and when your push the pedal, the air goes to the floor.

If I do sell it, I'm hoping to get around 3500-4000 once I fix a few minor things. What do you guys think? Thanks!

If the paint job is a nice one and there are no dents, no dash cracks (or a good cover), the seats are tasteful, and you find the source of those leaks (windshield washer fluid? that shouldn't take more than an hour to diagnose and fix)...

I would say you are limited to $5,000. No more, as the belts need replacing. Especially since you say it had been sitting before you bought it. And it still is an early car. But the market is getting better, it all depends on the buyer.
