Gauge Cluster

Is there any way I can separate the transparent piece from the actual gauge cluster. It's stuck pretty tight! Is it glued on or you can pry it apart? Thanks!

I think it's glued on, but if you remove the gauges from the housing, you can CAREFULLY use a dremel tool & cut the pieces apart

Dremel and 'Careful' = good luck....

It can be done with a sharp exacto knife and very gentle prying. Mine was not glued all the way around - rather it was glued at different points - similar in concept to stitch welding.

Thanks for the info. So after disassembling the unit, how would you guys put it back together?

Try a couple of dabs of plastic model glue

I think that I used silicone (or was it super glue gel). Both would work.
