LT Conversion on Ebay

Nice looking. But not worth $41,000.

Since I am building one right now I would like to say they are worth $40,000 but unfortunately they are not.

Hmm, I don't get using that instead of an LS.

Shop is up and running. My vacuum tank should be here in a couple of days for my vacuum system for making parts.

As far as the converted cars go, I think they could be a fun ride. I can't, in my own mind, justify paying that much for them. That's all.

For that amount of money you could get a lot better of a setup. If you got a 951 and completely redid it and made it 500HP it would still be less money! I do think the car looks nice though. I like how they removed the driving lights and placed in wire grills to make more cooling vents, I have never seen that...

Dunno about that. . .I have a good buddy with pretty astronomical investment in a 951, and it gets pushed off the track way more than any Vette I've seen!

I'd want it just for the spoiler. Still looking for a good donor by the way.

I assume you are talking about the rear wing...Josh still has the one he originally offered. You guys should definitely figure something out.

I thought he (Josh) got it painted already. I'd have to strip it down to primer again to do the work. If he has already painted it, it wouldn't be worth reworking due to the money that he put in to it. I prefer one that is in primer (or one that needs to be repainted altogether), perfectly straight and has all the hardware as well so I can duplicate it and have it CNC'd. The donor would receive the OEM wing assembly in primer ready to sand and paint once I was finished.

Sorry this has become off topic and should really be moved to the original composite posting.

I do like the color of the LT car though.
