So many bad sounds it's hard to tell what is what. Whining sound is most likely a belt (timing, balance, alt, or PS) or a roller for the timing or balance belts. Clicking could be a lifter, especially if it seems to be coming from the top of the engine (I couldn't tell from the video). If so, I'd try a can of Sea Foam in the crankcase, read and follow the directions. I've found SeaFoam useful fro cleaning out clogged/stuck/dirty lifters.

Also, the idle seems to hunt up and down quite a bit. You might want to check out your J-Boot. It seems to be torn in the video but it might just be the video quality.

Last time I heard something like this one, it was the cam and balance shaft belts getting ready to go.

I best guess right now is that your timing (cam) belt or or balance shaft belt is being snapped against the covers due to misalignment, or the fact that your water pump is slowly seizing and causing tensions to other components such as rollers. Could possibly be your balance shaft belts are aready too loose. Does the engine rock? When sitting inside the car is there any physical shaking that you can feel?

If none of the above, then I do agree the next area to look at is the Alternator belt and the power steering pulley and belt if you have that installed. Sounds like pulleys are wobbling.

Good luck.
