Carpet not sitting correctly

I noticed that the carpet on the passenger's side (for those of us that drive on the left side of the road) wasn't sitting correct. I decided to remove the sill panel and see why. I think the picture tells the story. Over 16 meters of stereo cable, not connected, under the carpet.

You better check the rest of the car as it looks like it has been reproducing. There is no telling what lurks in the spare tire well - Be careful
