944 color options..Any pics of rare colors?
I remember a topic like this about 9 years ago, but i cannot find the post anymore. I am looking to make a website on the 944. I need pics of all the color options wether its your car or a pic you found. thanks...Post them here and we can check them off as we go

Just a note... some of those names for the factory colors over the years were the same color year-to-year, except they changed the name.
For instance, the Guards Red of the early models is the same as the India Red of the later models.

My 924S Guards Red '86 paint colour is called INDISCROT

My 1987 is a fairly rare color as it was only available one year.In your list you have the German name for it as Lemon Yellow.Apparently Porsche thought the "Lemon" name would not work well in the U.S.,so the same color is called Summer Yellow on cars brought here.I hope this pic works.
