I am sorry you feel that I have done this intentionally, I haven't. It was partially my mistake by shipping something without a tracking number. 99 times out of 100 I dont have issues shipping parts to fellow Pelicans. As of 20 minutes ago your refund was issued, as promised. Have a nice day. -Nick

If Nick sold it to you he had it. From what I have seen he is a first rate guy. All shipped items go through distribution centers which explains how it could end up the other way of shipment. Tracking doesn't always work.
Just FYI. Trashing someone on a forum is about the best way to not get your money back. I would have told you that you didn't buy insurance and now you could go F**K yourself after you flamed me like that. Oh and good luck getting help from any of us now... |

Just to add to support, Nick has been deeply involved with 944 Spec racing over the past year, and has been nothing but an upstanding citizen in this all. I have been at this several years, but have never been treated more fairly, more consistently, than with Nick. Countless transactions with many racers have gone well, and Nick always works hard to get everyone taken care of, even if it isn't his problem to begin with.
Stuff can happen, but assuming malice, and flying off the handle is unwarranted here. DJ, you have marked yourself as someone that I would not transact with because of your reaction here. You have a right to get things sorted out, but this is not the way. As for Nick, he will continue to get my business, and that of my fellow racers.

This is the wrong forum for this post. I'm sad to see that a transaction between 2 parties had to be aired in public. It is childish and immature to call out someone, name call and provide continuing coverage of the status.
I hope this isn't a trend.
