I am from the dark side(I own a 911 Turbo) and I was wondering if one of your experts could clearly define where the timing marks are on an 87 924S, all help is much appreciated. Thanks guys.

The ignition timing marks are on the left top side of the engine.
You have to move some hoses and stuff out of the way. There is a line on the flywheel with "OT" on it, that's TDC. It lines up with a casting. When you see it you'll understand. The cam timing mark is just above the distributor cap; there's a hole in the casting and a line on the cam pulley. BTW, the timing is not adjustable. BTW 2, a 1970 930?
