New Dash '84 944?

How much should I expect to pay for a replacement dash, and anyone got one? It's the kinda chocolate brownish color.

It's getting really tough to find an early dash - any color - that's still in good condition. I'm looking for a black one, myself.

I believe I do know someone with a brown one, but I'm not sure how good condition it's in.

I'll PM you.

Has anyone thought about making reproductions out of fiberglass? You would still need to cover it, but it would be an exact fit if you used the old dash as an insert. Heck you could even go the carbon fiber route if that is important to you.

When I get to the dash, which mine is badly cracked, if I can't repair mine I will be making a mold if anyone is interested.

Mike is right. Any NOS dash is hard to find. I believe they are NLA from Porsche.

Best choice: have it recovered. There are previous posts from members that have repaired/recovered themselves or had it done. Having it done is not cheap.
