sounds like your pilot bearing is defective or you damaged it on install, if you push the pedal all the way down, your forcing the the torque tube shaft into the hole in the pilot bearing, if you noticed this right when you touch the clutch pedal, then , it would be more likely the throw out bearing or pressure plate fingers,

What exactly did you replace, and what did you leave original

i am still leaning towards the pilot bearing because you state it is only noticeable with the clutch pedal all the way down, it could be defective, how did you install it?

with a socket that just fit the out side and lightly taped in till evenly in looked fine, and took my finger rotated it for noise was smooth. and isnt the pilot bearing always spining and moving, and now its intermintent so its really confusing now.

The pilot bearing is not subjected to any axial loading from the drive shaft at any point in T/O bearing travel.

The contact faces of the release lever where it bears against the T/O bearing thrust flange is subject to wear and will develop a ridge over time (.020"ish) It is conceivable that the "tick" you hear at full throw is simply the thrust flange tripping over the wear ridge, and it may become less apparent with use as the two parts conform. For what it's worth, I usually put a bit of grease on the thrust flange during installation.

Perhaps more likely is the T/O bearing tripping on a wear ridge on the guide tube if dry and not replaced with new.
