Air Fuel Ratio Meter Question

Is the Oxygen sensor on the 88 951 a single wire or 4 wire. A company called TWM has AFR meter (I don't think Pelican sells one) that is only $100 (A-10 model). Cheaper than others and is for cars in which the o2 sensor is already installed. Has anyone used this device....opinions. Also if the o2 sensor is single wire, do you just splice into the existing wire while maintaining the connection with the stock engine computer ?

Thanks

You can get some cool ones on Ebay for $50, In my opinion, I wouldn't pay $100 for a 0-1 volts simple voltmeter that just looks fancy ...

It doesn't really matter if you have a 1 wire or 3 wire O2 sensor, you just need to use the wire that carries the signal, the extra wires are for the heater of the O2 sensor, and are connected to ignition power and ground.

You can also make your own ... there was an article on this website about it some time ago.

Good luck,
E
