I am also in college and have been running budget Porsche's since high school. I have a 924S 944 an 911SC right now. The 944 is not super expensive to own and can be maintained on a college budget and time scheduled. Wish you the best of luck with it.
Regards Dave

I've had my 944 for only a year now and have about $3700 into it including purchase price of the car and that is just basic reliability maintenance item with me doing my own labor. For what you can afford I dont think a 944 is a good option.
However, I am also a college student and it can be maintained cheap enough if you do your own labor and find a nice enough car to start with. |
