Driveshaft squeak?

Yesterday I test drove a very nice '85.5 944 with 120k. The only thing that I am concerned
about is a small squeak I could hear wile accelerating after shifting. I could modulate it with the accelerator. My guess would be the driveshaft is pushing on a bearing under acceleration but am open to other explanations.

I had the service records as we were driving around but did not see one for the clutch, but it could have been there. He said it has been done. The noise was not constant.

I have a feeling the clutch is glazed. If you get to drive it again while moving let off the gas and coast then without shifting gear smash the gas to the floor and see if the clutch slips. My truck did that about a month before the clutch disc grenaded.

It's an 85, with 120k. stop looking at the car and start looking at the service records.
