Found the source to my coolant leak, what is this part #?

Hello Everyone,

Found the source to my coolant leak!
I saw smoke from under the hood and neared it down to this. It had disconnected.
Can someone please provide a part# for this item so I can get back on the road?

Is this something that could be glued back together?

T.I.A.

I ended up getting the plastic one again. It's still pretty nice. The metal one is an Audi part but I forgot the number.
