$650 Later... New Sachs all around.

As a cross reference # for those using SEARCH Button in the future,
I went with 951.343.031.05 (and 951.343.032.05) which fit perfectly..

Front Left:
951.343.031.05
Sachs # 100665
W0133-1600028

Front Right:
951.343.032.05
Sachs # 100666
W0133-1600023

Also got the rear shocks replaced with Boge/Sachs 951.333.032.05

Such an improvement in ride and poise..

Hope you don't mind me asking but why did you choose Sachs/Boge over Konis which, if I'm not wrong, sell for a similar price?

I think my Koni dampers ran $700-800. Why so much for Sachs?

Good choice, the Sachs are an excellent damper, imo perform better than Koni or Bilstein for stock spring rates and cheaper also.

Where are you getting Koni front struts and rear dampers for $700-800, I think they are closer to $900 for the whole set. Unless you just got the inserts for the front. That Sachs price is for the whole front strut assembly, about $250 a side iirc + the rear dampers all about $650.

Howdy...
My $650 includes Installation & Alignment...
(Including rear thrust, toe and camber)

All the posts seems to indicate a slightly firmer ride with Koni..
Not desired for me as I drive horrendous roads, have a bad (golf) back and do not track.
Good question though.. Cheers.

I bought new Sachs/Boge and the rears failed almost immediately. Bad batch? Anyway, the car bounced like Kate Upton jogging, so replaced the rears with Konis and solved the problem.
