Question Removing bearing bridges on camshafts

What do I use to remove the bolts that hold the bearing bridges over the camshafts? I thought I could use torx heads but torx 40 is too small and torx 45 is too big. Are there torx sizes in between 40 and 45 or do they only go up by five's? If I'm not supposed to use a torx head, what am I supposed to use?

I think a cheesehead socket. I have to get behind there and i'm trying to figure out what tools i'm going to need. AFJuvat said a 32mm wrench, a big breaker bar and cheesehead sockets. Hope this helps.

Question

Overkill, I saw on the other thread that you ordered a set of 12 points from Pelican. I couldn't find them on the sight. Am I an idiot or where are they hidden?

Porsche Crest

Thanks man. I don't know how the hell I missed that the first time. Anyway, did you buy that 32mm wrench to take the cam pulley off? If so, let me know if it fits. I need to take mine off too. I was looking at mine today and it looked more like a 30 or 31 (of course I was measuring that with a tape measure, I think the only way to get more imprecise would be to measure it with my finger and thumb and try to hold them in position all the way to the hardware store). Also, do you know what size triple square fits those bolts? I may try to get just the one I need if I can find it somewhere. Also, does anyone know if the triple square that fits the bearing bridge bolts is the same size as the one that fits the bolt that goes on the cam pulley in the middle of the hex head bolt? Overkill, I know you got the allen head, but does anyone else know?
