Removing tranny : detach cross member or mount
87 844 NA
removing tranny. For early/late cars, Clark's says detach *cross member*. Porsche says detach *mount*. Why this big discrepancy? |

Cross member. I just took out the trans of my 87 parts car. I tired taking it off with just the mounts, but it was just so hard to get to those bolts. But you have to remove the fuel filter, but that's not too much trouble. And prob time to change it too
