Water pump replacement

Wow I haven't posted here in a long time. Thats what I get for moving back to Idaho. Anyways, the seal going to the turbo broke on the water pump. I've needed the darn thing replaced anyways, so the question is:

What else is good to change while doing the water pump. Here is what I have so far: (Belt do NOT need changing)

Water Pump
Seal to turbo plus it's thermostat
??Water Pump Tension Roller??
??Water Pump Gasket??

Anything else anyone can think of? And telling me that the choices up top are correct it'd really help to. Thanks you guys!

Timing, balance, accesory, and power steering belts, all the rollers, waterpump, thermostat, front seals. Obviously a new gasket for the water pump...I think my mechanic failed to do this 20k ago when my **** got replaced and my water pump is leaking already.

Actually i had my belts replaced under 20k ago and they didn't tell me to replace the water pump. Kinda sucks doesn't it :P. But I would like a little more info. Front seals of what? The engine?
