Relay locations...The ones not in the fuse panel.

Hello again, trying to sort out the last bits of wiring nightmare. Car is an 83 944 5sp. manual sunroof with a/c, power windows and power heated mirrors.

So for perspective when i got the car there were no relays in any of the alternate spots. so far Iv figured out the windows i think and i have the a/c working. I don't have heat. blower doesn't come on and I'm thinking its probably relay related. i have the two silver ones. tall and short on the passenger sided behind glove box.

So right now the interior is out everything dash carpet seats. there's a bundle of wires with 2 relay sockets coming off them on the right hand side of the DME what kind of relays go in there? just normal 4 and 5 prong ones??

one the right hand side hanging down by the hood release there is a relay socket just a 4 prong socket might be 5. it isn't one of the ones that goes to the fuse panel. not sure what its for or where it goes.

there's another one that has a tonne of wire it will pull all the way to the passenger side of the console. some deal 4 or five prog. when i put a small relay in it and put the key in the ignition it clicks. just slide the key in and it powers up is this normal? Do we know what its for?

So to sum up my issues: Is there a resource outlining the non fuse panel relays what kind go in them and what they are for. something that isn't the factory diagrams because I'v been going over them for a year now and still cant sort that mess. And do the fog lights and their relay have anything at all to do with the heater. I don't have the stock lights have to mod something up out of LEDs so I'm just running a new harness to the from the stock switch.

I appreciate any help anyone might have for this conundrum. As always sorry for writing a book.
