Pricing Parts

So I've unfortunately decided to sell/part out my 1987 Porsche 944S 16v that I was going to restore but I'm looking to buy something already running that I can tinker with. I have my eyes on a BMW 635csi. The car has a blown head gasket (most likely) but starts right up and everything works as it should. Sport seats. About 161k miles.

My problem is I'm not quite sure what to price each of the parts or what the whole car as is, is worth.

Use ebay...

The market will tell you what the parts are worth...

I've browsed ebay a little. Might need to look more into that, thanks!

I would probably prefer to sell the car as a whole so more info on that would be much appreciated.

If you are short on time I can help you out to get it running properly again.
Typically I do head gasket+head rebuild+timing belt+water pump all at the same time for $1500 including parts, labor and machining, on an 8v car.
16v is a little bit more pricey but we can work it out.

I travel to SD frequently and have been doing these things for years...I have a house in Poway and you can drop the car off there if you want.

Well damn I think you may have reignited the spark on me fixing her up. I do love the car as I had an 8v before this but I'm not too mechanically inclined when it comes to big jobs like this.

I will be PMing you!

Give spencer $1500 and have it ready to roll without getting your hands dirty, the car will only be worth $1500 with a bad hg anyways on ebay or CL.

I expect a $100 referral fee spenc, otherwise I will tell him to part it.
