Paper sticker in the rear hatch area adjacent to the spare tyre.The build date plate is on the passenger side (Left Hand Drive cars) shock tower

Stiker in the spare compartement (either 944 or 968 same location) & stiker with your paint code behind the fuses boxe on the 968.

Hi Joe,
For North American 968s you can find the build date on the driver's door jam VIN sticker. It is in the upper right hand corner and displays the month and year. As for the vehicle information sticker, you can find it stuck to the trunk floor or rear taillight panel underneath the carpet, driver's side. It can also be found on page 1 of the car's maintenance manual. I have full databases on all 4,242 North American 968s so if you are looking for production information just let me know. I'll need the year, coupe or cab, and last 3 digits of the VIN. Jeff |
