Now dead engine .....

My woes didn't stop @ my electrical issues,it is now painfully clear I have bent valves, what I think happened is one (or more cylinders had coolant in them @ the very start of this repair,I can only presume the engine hydro-locked and jumped the cambelt.
A cold compression test showed very low compression in 2 cylinders,I have an audible clatter when turning the engine on remote starter switch.
Being a 2.7 is an issue because I can't mix and match parts from my 2.5 (spare engine )originally from the car,one thing I was thinking is it possible to just replace the crank in the 2.5 with the one from the 2.7 as the one in the 2.5 is damaged ?
Trying to price up the option of the 2.7 head repair against a crank change in the 2.5,IMO the latter will be cheaper.
Any suggestions will be considered,TIA,cheers.

2.5 and 2.7 cranks are identical

what valves do you need? intake or exhaust?
2.7 exhaust valves are the same as 2.5

if you need intakes you can contact this company and ask for their 48mm 944 valves. IIRC about US$30 per valve.
