What is the middle spark wire for on a 2.5 NA?

I'm doing the plugs and wires on my 924s and I'm confused as to what the middle wire is doing leading from the distributer to the lower right front of the car. I have never done the wires on this car before. Thanks

That must be the wire coming from the ignition coil.

Thank you that makes sense now, I'm not use to this spark set up yet as you can tell.

Same set up as on any other 4 cylinder car with a distributor
