WTB Factory Camshaft Seal Tool
Anyone have one of these for sale (PP.000.721.920.20)? I know they aren't "necessary", but I'd like to have one.
Thanks, Casey |

here is 1 https://www.*****************.com/Tool-p/pp-000.721.920.20.htm
but unless you have the engine out there isn't hardly room. take an old cam belt adjuster -94410512702 and remove the bearing retainer snap ring and knock out the bearing. the outer sprocket clears and is about the right size to use to tap in the seals. LA |

Could you please re-post that link? It doesn't seem to be working. I see that Paragon has the factory tool for 79$, but I was hoping to find a bargain.
I'm doing a full engine reseal, with engine in, but in order do do that I'll have the camshaft housing out and the ends of the balance shaft assemblies will be off so room wont be an issue.. Thanks for the advice! |

Note - Pelican blocks web addresses of competitor websites. That's why you're not seeing the link and it won't work.
Can't blame 'em. |

I knew I would get flamed for posting this. lol My normal method is taking the old seal and butting it up against the new one, with a large socket behind it.

Nothing wrong with trying to use the factory tools. In my experience they are generally way better than other options.
