Very good 86 944 black dash
Dash is from a 86 944 Rothmans Cup race car. Car was never driven on the street. Dash was used in the car while racing from 1986 - 1990 then removed when the car was converted to race interior.
The car was stored inside while not being raced so there is no UV deterioration. Dash has been sitting in our shop for the last 14 years, yes! FOURTEEN years. Dash is very dirty and has a couple small impressions where it was leaning against something. There is one puncture on the top of the dash which appears to be from a wire, but you have to look very close to find it. In the pictures I have used vinyl protector on the lower areas of the dash and on the ends of the top of the dash to display the restored color, but not on the center in order to show how dirty the dash was. Note in a couple pictures there are spots which are difficult to remove. There are no cracks. There is some red autobody paint on the ends of the dash in the area where the doors close against the dash. $400 plus shipping. Jim ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Porcheparts 1: Sorry no, I have no idea if they interchange, but good question though.
In you opinion is this a fair price? I've sold lots of parts but I never had a good basis for comparison for the value of a dash. Jim |

well the truth is that i always had couple of dashes in my garage, but i sold them when i sold my car. i sold 3 od them all mint for 500$. now i just bought a 951 that needs a better dash. i know i will buy one sooner or later for less than a 100$ cause thats pretty much what they sell for on ebay also. the people that ask 400$ on ebay, have sever got bids.
anyway if you change your mind i will paypal you 200$ later |
