so you plan to do the engine swap and sell the long block, would you consider selling me asap the dipstick and the oil filler/breater along with the rubber elbo hose ontop of the breather.

Cali56: Those parts are still in my other (running) 951. If you are still in the market in about 1 month, I would be willing to sell them when I pull the engine.

mamica: I can help you with the door handle, but not the windshield. Not to talk you out of it, but what's wrong with your door handle? Have you taken it apart to see what's broken? I thought I needed one but a little pot-metal relay lever behind the handle broke. The part was ~ $13 at the dealer.

Yes I do have the chin spoiler. It was purchased new about 4 years ago. It's in good shape for $150 plus shipping.

Better yet, why not come to Portland on Sunday for the Porsche swap meet at Sunset Imports? I'll be there with the spoiler & a bunch of other parts!

You'll need to purchase an entire HVAC control unit to get one of those switches. Mine was toast, so I can't help you. Thanks for checking.

Actually, the dealer sells the switch. If I had another I could fix mine. The snowflake cover popped and the springs went everywhere...
