Most likely 25.5/18. I sold a set of 26.8/18 for 100 recently. That seems to be the going rate for the bars...

The sway bars measure 24mm and 18 mm. Based on the information on the following web site these are M030 spec. bars.
1985-1991 944T 22.5mm 18mm
(M030 opt) 24mm tubular 18mm
