They are like $150 brand new.. if not more.. this is is pretty much brand new.. I was thinking like 125. Ill take a picture.. It is perfectly white.. no joke.

I've got a used one. It's yellowed, but not cracked at all. I only replaced it because I got a good deal on a new one. It's off an '88, not sure if that matters. I take Paypal and I ship quick! $50 shipped.

Sorry, but I wasn't aware that I didn't have as much right as you to offer what I have for sale. I tend to like to help people out on here and not exaggerate the value of yellowed, used parts. Give the guy a break, if he wanted to be shafted for a used part, he would have went to one of the big wholesalers

I thought my price was reasonable considering the ebay alternative. If the buyer stated that my $40/shipped offer was still too high and I wouldn't negotiate, then it would be appropriate for you to offer yours up cheaper. Besides, the buyer suggested $35 (I assume plus shipping) which would actually (with shipping) be higher than what I offered ($40 shipped). Therefore, I thought my offer was generous.

I consider other forum members 'friends', and I don't get into bidding wars with friends. But that's just me...

This is the kind of crap that caused me to stop posting on Rennlist. I thought things were a little different here on Pelican, I guess not.

Perhaps the fact that you consider online people that you have never met before your friends, may be your problem. They guy posted looking for a part. I've got several of them laying in my shed that I have no use for. That is the reason I offered the part up.

If this was your for sale thread then by no means would I have the right to come on here and offer the same part for cheaper. But because I was simply responding to the orginal poster, I have done no wrong.

My apologies. My email has been messed up for the past couple days, so I never received the Paypal email stating that a payment had been made. I just checked Paypal, and I see your payment. Your tank will be shipped out tomorrow, and I will PM a tracking number to you.
