Help!

I have just bought a 87 944 for an incredible price with all documented mechanical/maintenance work. ( An old lady's-husband's car that passed away.)
I have been driving it for about a week when I put the turn signal on and the wipers turned on and the washer fluid emptied out. I have parked the 944 and every time I turn on the car the wipers stay on along with the side marker lights. I have to keep the battery disconnected, if not, the side marker lights stay on. What should I look for and how should I fix it? H.E.L.P.!!!!

I have owned a 911 and never had this happen!

Yep, wrong area, you need to go to the 944 tech.

Hi, you will need to replace your turnsignal stalk mechanism and while you are at it I would replace your wiper stalk as well. They are reasonable on ebay. For now just pull your fuse. I think it is #11.

Mine did that and once the stalk was cleaned up it ceased.
