1984 944 engine for sale or parting out

I have a 1984 944 engine that HAS been overheated. The water and oil mixed I am assuming because of a blown head gasket but could have been from the heat exchanger. I am looking to sell the whole engine or part the engine out. I know heads can be in high demand and this one should be rebuildable. The engine ran fine when it came out other than it had the overheating issue. Still had plenty of pep even.

The thing should be rebuildable and lots of parts should still be good.

I am located in Hamilton, OH if anyone is interested in any of it let me know and we can talk price. I really dont know what to ask for an engine in this condition.
