I have a 91 S2 trans if that helps at all. The gearing is a little different but it should work just fine.

I have an open diff. 951 tranny in good shape with 97k miles, no issues whatsoever with the shifting or functionality of it. It does need an oil cooler loop, it was cracked. Asking $500 plus shipping.
