WTB: Thule #34 fit kit
subject says all... I have a Thule rack that I bought primarily for use on another vehicle, but it turns out that all of the components are the same ones recommended for a 944. Unfortunately the "fit kit" #34 which is the only component that I don't have has been discontinued by Thule, so if anyone has one laying around I might be interested in purchasing it.

AFAIK the new stuff they are still selling is interchangeable with those mounts... so that's not really gold, there (now if you just want to make space in your garage I understand) the real gold is the 944/928 specific fit kit...
so the question is, how much are you asking for what you have? nate

Nate, are you sure that #34 is NLA?
I went to the REI site a while back and it still lists the kit. I think that Thule has it on their site as well. I am trying to make some space in my garage, so not looking for big $$ or anything. I will send a PM. Keith

sadly, according to Thule's web site, it is... I called both REIs around here and neither one has one gathering dust on a shelf.

Keith, after scavenging off Craigslist I've come up with a whole mess of Thule stuff and ended up with an extra pair of crossbars (and still ended up spending less than 1/2 of list price for the bike rack I was trying to build) so now I guess I am interested in the whole package
