Found a 1983 944 N/A in a local bone yard. Already picked the fuse box with all relays on it, the AFM, the DME, complete cluster etc. Are they any other relays I should get? If so where are they located if not on the fuse box? Engine and Tranny are still there and complete. Are there engine componets I should take like ( fuel rail with injectors, alternator, starter, A/C Compressor etc) or anything else? Suspension looks intact too.

The original sunroof in a 83 is lighter than any other year. Used for racing / tracking a 944.

Is the roof opening same on all years so all I need is to unbolt everything bolted to it or need to cut perimeter of roof? My car has no sunroof so I am not familiar with them.

Just unbolts like the rest of the years (little 6 or 7 or 8mm bolts), the difference is the weight in the structure of the lid, not as many supports built in. 1983 944’s did have manual sunroofs as I recall. Sort of sought after by anyone that had tackled the sunroof cables and lost! So keep all the little parts together.
