FS: Upgraded Inner Valve Springs (8V)

Bought these from Sean (azmi951 on Rennlist) but didn't install them before i put my head back on. Would hold on to them, but could use the money for some other parts.

Replaces the inner valve springs so you can use the stock retainers but have extra security in the event of an over-rev. Sean said these are what Chris Cervelli puts in all his street 951 builds. Could be used in N/A cars too. Has install specs for both N/A and turbo.

$60 shipped USPS Priority (to Cont. US; International extra)
Paypal only

Hello,

Do you know what the valve seat pressures are with these inner springs added.

120# - 130# - 140# - 150# ???

I will have to ask Sean and get back with you. I don't know anything other than the install heights for N/A and turbos.

Still interested if the seat pressures with both springs installed are 140# or more - Thanks, Ed.

Can you run these with stock NA outer valve springs? I would think having some seriously stiff springs on the inside would throw the matched set of springs way off and would cause issues with the lighter duty NA outer springs?? I dont know enough about them to figure this one out?

The outer NA and Turbo Springs are the same - the difference is the inner spring.

Think of them together as an addition problem where 10# outer + 20# inner = 30# total

Talked to Sean and he doesn't know. Only way to find out is to take them to a shop and I don't have the time at the moment.
