WTB: O2 Sensor and Cat

Having troubles passing emissions in Colorado with my 86 944 because it's running too rich. Have done all the other repairs/checks and was wondering if anyone on the forum had some extras they wouldn't mind parting with. (No sense spending $138 for an OE sensor if I don't have to.) I have one off an 83, not sure if it will work on an 86

Hi, find out how many wires your o2 sensor is and you can get a bosch universal one. Hopefully someone will chime in with the right o2 sensor number for your 86 na. I know my 89 turbo takes a bosch 15726 universal o2 sensor. When I had my 83 na I ran an aftermarket cat converter to pass emissions. I was able to use a u clamp on 1 side and used a stainless band clamp on the other. You might want to look into this as well. Hope this helps.
