Kokeln Chipsets
I have 4 sets of Kokeln EPROM's for the 1988 Turbo S and 1989 Turbo. These are new, in the box chips for the dme & klr...also includes wastegate shim $230.00

not familiar with these. Are they tuned for idle, partial, and WOT, or just WOT? What are they tuned to do? Do they assume anything (3'' exhaust, shimmed waste gate (it seems the latter), etc)?

Same power band as the 951MAX chipset.....less cost because I am blowing out the Kokeln 944/951 inventory. Wastegate shim only delays the opening of the wastegate, thereby retaining more boost before opening (closer to 1 bar than the factory .75 bar), and is completely compatible with the stock exhaust

What's the matter with your chipset? There may be one left, I need to check the inventory, but can't get to it for about a week.

i am in no rush, right now the car has a set of welts in it. Turbo is kokeln and just wondering if different chips would ( geared towards bigger turbo) would be better.

Dwain said the chips were custom burned, so I really would be hesitant to change them....Kevin may have put welts in it, and possibly Dwain reburned them. I would check with Dwain first.
