FS: Beautiful front S2 (Turbo) calipers w/rotors
For sale front S2 calipers w/ rotors. These are a great upgrade for stock 944 brakes.
Rotors are 1.093" ish (27.76mm) thick. New rotors are 1.10" (28mm) thick. So, there is very little wear. Manufacturers minimum rotor thickness spec is 1.023" (26mm) thick. Again, these are very close to new spec thickness. $350 + shipping. Paypal or cash & local pick-up. Location, NE, Ohio 44057. Bump for a great deal.
Can be mounted to ALL 944's regardless of model year. Older 944's just need to swap parts listed. To confirm, these are S2 calipers. Each caliper has (4) pistons. Price is much lower than the cost of an upgrade kit. Will bolt directly to late 85.5 944 spindles. I also have a spindle & hub upgrade for early 85.5 & older spindles & hubs that will accommodate these brakes. So, this S2 brake upgrade is available for ALL 944's. Will assist in any way I can. Wrong - Will not bolt up to any 944 NA spindles - only S2 or Turbo. The 4 piston Brembos have a different bolt mounting pattern that the spec. single piston calipers. Must use Turbo or S2 Spindles, and unless you use the '86 Turbo Spindles the mounted angle of the front struts will not fit an early NA ('83 to '86).
