944 924S short fifth transaxle FS:

QK coded stock Short fifth 944 924 S transaxle this is a great upgrade for those who want to use fifth gear on track or simply get a little better top end performance over gas mileage on highways 0.826 fifth gear versus the taller 0.7297 USA version

This is out of a 1987 924 S with 114K miles and shifts well I drove it home. It was a CA car and is very clean and fluid drained did not have much glitter in it and was pretty clean not black.
I drove this transaxle for a few days and like most 944 transaxles you must wait a fraction of a second with clutch engaged before shifting into second gear. Upper linkage is in great shape.
