968 bare chassis

Hi,

I have the bare chassis from that 968 I have been parting out. Looking for $500 picked up. It has a title, although it has been signed over once already (just not to me)

Pick up or you arrange transport only.

It goes to the scrapper in about a week.

I can't believe no one has jumped on this, the 968 is one of the lowest number production porsches ever built and that tub does not need to go to the scrapper, it needs to be saved..

I was considering changing a tiptronic 968 to a 6 speed. It looks as though you have many of these parts. Do you have the footpedals and hydraulic lines etc... that could be bought? Is this even possible to your knowledge?

Do you have a good 968 head available?

Yes, but I do not think you need any of that to make the change. You continue to use the clutch arrangement from the 944.

If it was only closer, I would be all over it as other than a hood & passenger side fender, I have everything to build this up...

From 92 to 95, Porsche only built a total of 12,776

Someone needs to step up and pick this up..

Even without susp, all you need to get this on your (or any) trailer is a few Landscape timbers from Lowes, about $2 each, and the tub will slide right on..
