I'm interested but wonder if the shipping might be crazy to Calif. (93312). Also, does it attach on the sides or are there tabs for the middle?

It weighs less than 10 lbs. but the size will cost. I'm guessing somewhere around $100.00 to Ca. It mounts with sheet metal screws.
