WTB Passenger side back seat bracket?

Im not sure what its called. Its the metal bracket held in by 2 phillips screws that hold and latches on to the rear seat when in the upright position. I need that with the 2 screws. Attached is a pic..not mine...that i found on the net

Its the piece to the right of the rear speaker

The part i need is black in color. The pic that i linked is to show the part im referring to. Its for an 85.5 944.

Do you mean this thing? It's not black in color though. I have one for sale from an 87.
