need misc S2 engine parts intake area

I am in the middle of converting an NA 944 to S2 - missing some vital parts. See pictures for better idea, here's the list:

1 -Throttle cable is missing small section that connects to the throttle body, looks like a little threaded socket piece that is pressed on ball and threaded to the cable(see picture)
2. -Rubber boot from throttle body to air meter
3.- Rubber boot (or whatever its made of) connection between air meter and air filter box.
4. Hardware that bolts the air meter to fittings over the radiator (see photo, there are 2 studs from the factory). I assume there is some sort of rubber mount that holds AFM where it bends and makes its connection to air filter box.
5- Air filter box
