944/968 suspension and 944s wire harness
I have all the parts from a 968's rear suspension and a set of 944 torsion bars. Front, late offset, aluminum control arms- one is a new factory replacement that was manufacturer in 2004 and has a very nice ball joint. The other side is original and needs a new ball joint. Front struts came off a 968 with 155,000 miles, but still feel decent. I have the top bearings for those as well.
Also have a 944S engine wire harness in good, usable condition. I'm in Chesapeake, VA and rather not have to ship the big stuff. I will be at the swap meet on the 19th though and can bring stuff there. Please make offers, I want the suspension stuff gone. The wire harness should be worth around $120 I believe. Thanks, Alex |

Not a big market for the harness I realized. I parted mine out and sold individual connectors and wires...but that's tedious.

I thought with the cars being notorious for burning harnesses, there was a demand for them. I guess anyone left with a 944S has learned to disconnect the power steering pump by now...?

Can you get pictures of the 944s harness? What do you mean by usable condition? Is it a little rough looking?

I can post pictures tonight.
Just like one plug might be missing the spring clip, one or two might have a small piece broken off, and the power steering switch part is kind of a mess, but that's how someone in the past chose to disable it. |

Still interested?
Have all the rear suspension components minus shocks and spring plates- rear cross member, trailing arms with hubs and spindles, 16mm sway bar, stock 944 torsion bars, and the aluminum brackets that bolt to the frame. Leaving for Hershey this afternoon! |

That's strange, maybe you should have put it on eBay

Spring plates also went to a kid with a 74 Beetle... Any other takers? |
