WTB: Manual steering rack and intermediate shaft
Had it with my power steering set up. Going to simplify this a bit.
I have already sourced the proper late offset tie-rod assemblies. I am looking for the rack and intermediate shaft with shipping to 80528. Thanks Pelicans.

Have you considered simply de-powering the PS rack?
I found a few grub/set screws and plugged all the fluid holes in the rack, ditched all the hoses/piping, and then just greased the crap out of the steering shaft. No problems in 8+ years. |

I thought about that as well.
My understanding is a de-powered rack is actually less mechanically advantaged than a manual rack. If I can't find a suitable replacement/used manual one, I may go that route.

I believe that is correct, you have to work a little harder to steer than the manual rack but it's really not bad even in parking lots where its tight/slow speeds.
